A comprehensive annual exam
Problem visits as needed to address new or ongoing concerns
Telehealth visits when appropriate
A pap smear when clinically indicated
Annual screening laboratory tests (complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, thyroid level, hemoglobin A1c, and cholesterol panel) for members ages 30 and above
Access to wholesale laboratory pricing
Extended office visits to allow time for thoughtful evaluation and discussion
In office procedures at a 20% reduced rate
Coordination of care, such as ordering tests, reviewing results, managing prescriptions, and arranging referrals

Available for women who need only occasional care.
This option works well for annual visits, one time concerns, or specific procedures.
A la carte pricing does not include pap tests, laboratory services, pathology, or medical devices.
These services may be billed to insurance when applicable or paid separately at discounted self pay rates.
