Well Woman Visit
The well woman visit supports preventive health through a comprehensive annual evaluation focused on early detection, screening, and proactive planning for long term well being.

Pap smear when clinically indicated

Preventive health screening coordination such as mammogram, colonoscopy, and DEXA scan referrals
