Well Woman Visit

The well woman visit supports preventive health through a comprehensive annual evaluation focused on early detection, screening, and proactive planning for long term well being.

    • Breast exam

    • Pelvic exam

    • Pap smear when clinically indicated

    • STI testing

    • Screening labs

    • Preventive health screening coordination such as mammogram, colonoscopy, and DEXA scan referrals

    Note: Fees cover the clinical exam and provider time only. Costs for Pap smear and labs are billed separately. These are included or offered at wholesale rates for Harmony Members. See Membership.

Problem Visits

Problem visits provide thoughtful evaluation and personalized treatment for new or ongoing gynecologic concerns, helping patients understand symptoms and move forward with clarity and confidence.
